YoHo Halloween Tutorial

Tina from Pink Tadpole’s Tags N Tuts here! I am in a Halloween kick! I just have all of these great tubes and kits for Halloween but realized that I haven’t that many Halloween tuts up. *smacks head with palm* Silly me!
